When you’re dealing with pain or struggling to move the way you used to, it can be frustrating and exhausting. I get it—and that’s exactly why I do what I do.
With over 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry—as a personal trainer, remedial therapist, and chiropractor—my mission has always been the same: to help people get out of pain and restore their mobility so they can function effectively in their daily lives.
What drives me is a deep fascination with the human body—how it moves, how it adapts, and how it compensates. Pain is rarely the true problem. More often than not, pain is a symptom—a signal from your body that something isn’t working the way it should. Stiffness or dysfunction in one area often leads to discomfort in another. My job is to figure out what your body is really trying to tell us.
By analysing your unique biomechanical and movement patterns, I can identify where your pain is coming from—not just where you feel it. I use my understanding of the body’s structure and mechanical function to target the cause of your symptoms, not just the surface issue.
I take a technical, personalised approach to your care. By understanding your occupation, health history, sports, and hobbies, I can better assess how your body has adapted to the demands you place on it. The body is both simple and complex—it will always find a way to adapt, even if that means building poor patterns that lead to dysfunction over time.
