Your First Appointment

At your first appointment you will spend 40 minutes with your Chiropractor to gather information, do a full and thorough spinal and nerve examination with testing to get to the root of the problem, and make a plan going forward. Your initial appointment may include treatment but that all depends on the Chiropractors findings. Depending on your condition and level of discomfort, some initial pain relief will be considered, including soft tissue work and/or a gentle chiropractic adjustment. We want to always make sure your safety comes first.

What to wear on your first visit?

There is no requirement for a dress code but wearing something loose fitting will allow your Chiropractor to perform certain tests easily.

Your Second Appointment

At your second appointment, a Report of findings, your Chiro will discuss the examination results from the testing that was performed during your initial consultation. This includes any relevant findings if an x-ray was taken.

This appointment will help you understand the source of your problem and what is necessary to get you out of pain and feeling your best. Your Chiro will discuss a customised care plan that best suits you and your body.

With today’s lifestyle Constantly putting stress on our bodies the Chiro may recommend regular care to prevent the reoccurrence of your symptoms. For this reason a majority of our clients choose to attend for a regular adjustment.
